Hi! I’m Kaan. I’m a Calisthenics Coach based in London, England. During my seven year career as an instructor, I’ve trained in calisthenics, boxing & martial arts.

I specialise in bodywork, applying pre‑habilitation principles to calisthenics to help you maximise fluid mobility.

Through calisthenics, body weight exercise & functional training − I help you improve body awareness to perform better by fully understanding movement & strengthening various muscle groups at once.

My Principles

Calisthenics targets specific areas while using several muscle groups to strengthen broader than the target area.

My aim is to combine this with other sports disciplines and fitness techniques to maximise healing, conditioning & fluidity.

Pre-habilitation refers to limiting the risk of injury − this benefits muscle retention, rejuvenation & stability which boosts self-healing.
Body & core conditioning improves cardiovascular health − allowing you to build muscular endurance & enhance overall fitness.
Fluid body movement promotes long-term strength & conditioning to build deep-rooted stamina, energy & flexibility.

I’m not sure the words ‘personal trainer’ adequately describes what Kaan is. I like to think of him as a ‘physical mentor’ who brings an intense element of spirituality and mindfulness into his sessions and your life. I initially started sessions with Kaan to help an impinged shoulder; within 2 months an injury I had been struggling with for over a year was largely rectified.

Kaan focuses on a hybrid of physical strength and mobility – and is refreshingly more power focused rather than purely into training for aesthetic reasons (although the aesthetics that naturally follow don’t hurt either).
